Manufacturing

Brief process:?Raw material test → Cutting →Bending →Welding (longitudinal )→Dimension verify →Flange welding →Hole drilling →section assembly → surface clean→ Galvanization or powder coating ,painting →Recalibration →Packing

After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.

Inspection

We have Lab Test, Workload Test, Steel thickness Test, Galvanization thickness Test, etc.

Delivery
We normally use 40HQ containers and our Port limit weight for a 40HQ is 26 tons.
